My fees are similar to the rates charged by others in the area with my level of experience and training. I also have a sliding scale for a portion of my schedule, for those who demonstrate financial need and I reserve a few slots for these arrangements. Please contact me to discuss fees.
I do not bill insurance plans directly for my services, however, your plan may be willing to accept a superbill (which I provide to all clients as a receipt) for reimbursement purposes. Services may be reimbursable in full or in part by your health insurance, depending on the diagnosis and particular plan. Please check with your insurance plan directly for details.
Cash, check, debit, visa, mastercard, and discover are accepted for payment at the time of service. I do not accept American Express. You may also be able to pay with your HSA or medical spending account if you have such a benefit through your employer. Please ask your HR department about this for details.
If you need to cancel or change an appointment and you let me know within 48 hours of the appointment, I will make every effort to reschedule you into another time that same week. In the event you do not show up for a scheduled appointment or you cancel within the 48 hours and I cannot reschedule you, I will charge you for the session.
